We have our self contained shaka shack basic Tiny homes available for rent. You just need the land to put it on.
Perfect if you are in between homes, currently building/renovating or need extra room for family. The Shaka Shack rental is fully self contained and comes with;
● Bathroom including 900x750 shower, vanity and a composting toilet. See “how does a composting toilet work” (We can swap out for a flushing toilet if you prefer and if your site allows).
● Kitchen including an under bench fridge, sink, bench top oven with hobs.
● Enough space for a queen bed or bunks (not supplied). We can supply a bed at extra cost if required.
● Simple caravan socket to plug into mains power. 15m Power cable supplied.
SELF CONTAINED CABIN RENT PRICES
Both 6m and 4.8m cabins are $280 per week. Minimum 6 month term
A delivery and pick up fee of $200 each way is required for each rental within the Wairarapa. We can also deliver down to Wellington and up to Palmerston North. Enquire for delivery prices beyond Wairarapa. Payments are to be made weekly and a $500 bond is required at the beginning of tenancy.
6m Rental
With plenty of space for a Queen bed plus room for drawers, a wardrobe or an arm chair. This cabin is perfect for a granny flat, self contained sleep out or seasonal staff accomodation.
4.8m Rental
Our 4.8m has the same layout as the 6m version, just slightly shorter so is perfect for getting into tight sections that the 6m can not such as back sections and obsolete car ports. With still enough room for up to a queen bed this is perfect for temporary accomodation whilst building or renovating, a sleepout for teenagers, a bach or whatever you need. The possibilities are endless! The exterior is finished in a stained Shadowclad which looks the part on any section.
